Terms and conditions.

Our terms & conditions are there to protect our company and our clients.

You may be asked for a deposit when agreeing for work to commence, this will be payable by cash, bank transfer or card payment. when deposit is paid a invoice will be issued to you stating what is to be complete, when it will be complete and what payment is due upon completion. Your deposit will be taken of the price quoted and it will show on your invoice. when work is booked and the deposit is paid and the date has been set to start. if you cancel before this time your deposit will not be refunded. as this deposit ensures we do not turn down other clients to complete this job. However we understand things can happen and things can change so you can move your dates forward by up to 3 months with no extra charge. this stops people securing work with us and us buying materials for the clients to then cancel as some materials can not be refunded by our merchants. if you choose to move your booking beyond the 3 months grace period you get there will be a £35 charge. as again we will have to secure another booking and moving clients around.
